Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Your 7-Day Uganda Affordable Safari begins with a warm welcome upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport or Kampala. A professional driver-guide from Envubu African Safaris will greet you and provide a short briefing about your upcoming adventure. You will have time to organize travel essentials, exchange currency, and prepare for your journey into Uganda’s wilderness.
You will then set off westwards towards Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah park yet one of its most scenic. The drive offers picturesque countryside views, rolling hills, cattle farms, and roadside markets, giving you an immediate taste of rural Uganda.
Lake Mburo National Park is characterized by open savannah, acacia woodland, wetlands, and several lakes that attract a wide variety of wildlife. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a relaxed afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo.
